How did I get my toned abs in 13 days?

Last Sunday I posted a half naked photo of me on my instagram. Okay, half naked sounds so exaggerating LOL. (so much for attention, May?) I posted a photo of me showing off my toned abs.

I also posted it to close friends on Path and got the attention. (yeah you all know I’m an attention whore) however I am seriously delivering a message here.

I am fed up with people complaining about their bodies. If you are not happy with your body, change it!!! If you are too lazy and lacking of motivation and using thousands of excuses, then DON’T COMPLAIN!

Here’s an important note: I am not achieving to be skinny. So if you think I’m not skinny enough to show off my body then you can go to hell. This is the body that I want. I am happy with my body now.

My colleague commented “Yeah you lost a lot of weight but your ass is still big.” WTF? I like my ass! I see my ass as an asset rather than a liability!

I love being curvy and sexy, thus I don’t starve myself. And I remind you all to enjoy life, embrace everything life offers, including the delicious food but learn about SELF CONTROL.

I have started to do sit-ups 100 times a day from 1st January 2013 because it is my new year’s resolution to change my body to the way I wanted.

From 1st march 2013, I realized it wasn’t enough so I started to do 150 sit-ups and some push-ups and start the morning run. But the most important thing: I started to watch what I eat. What do I mean by “watch what I eat”? I tried to eat less carbs and more vitamins. I drink banana-strawbery-bluebrry-kiwi-yoghurt smoothies for my dinner for weekdays (but seriously failed most of the times) and then went food fiesta on weekends. The fiesta of course not total pigging out but I eat good food, the food I love like sushi and sushi and sushi… Hahahaha! Sometimes I go for Buffet too! You see I still post foodies on my instagram, it was probably my weak moments.

However, I lose weight bits by bits. During 5 months I had lost 2.5kgs. That’s what I like, I don’t suffer from hardcore diet, I still enjoy life and I lose weight. All I have to do is just watch what I eat and control myself.

And then August comes, and it’s time for MAYO DIET! What is Mayo Diet? Read more about diet mayo from my post last year. Yes, this diet is a detox diet that makes you lose 5-7 kilos but only allowed to be done once a year.

I’ve known this diet since my college year but I’ve never completed it because I was skinny back then, I never struggle with weight problems until my mid-twenties.

However, the most amazing thing happened. This mayo diet makes your body release the fats through urine (yes you pee a lot) and all the hard work I’ve done since new year paid of!! My abs muscle shows up! During my mayo diet, almost all my fats I used to gather on my belly is gone and there it is, the sexy muscle that’s been hiding all along. Come out, you!

If you are not a big fan of exercises, you probably will have the flat belly too but not as ripped as mine. But I’ve always been dreaming of ripped abs forever. (I had it once too when I was 19 years old — 200 sit-ups a day for 4 months and morning run) Okay lahhh my abs hasn’t even close to be a ripped abs, but seriously it’s PRETTY AWESOME!

But let me tell you something,

MAYO DIET IS NOT EASY.

You will find yourself hallucinating about eating cheeseburger, I even had so many dreams about indomie! I’m serious. You are physically full but psychologically starved. Because you are craving for MSG and SALT.

And one more thing, You must clear up your social schedule for two weeks for this diet. I did. You have no idea how hard it is to blow of Ramen invitation, sushi invitation. etc. And don’t tempt yourself! Don’t go out to shopping malls or crowds, it’ll make you want to buy food! Stay at home, watch TV, do crafts, or whatever. Put your diet as your TOP priority. Trust me, life is easier with sorted priorities.

If you can’t commit to the diet for 2 weeks, THEN DON’T DO IT!!! Because the ruined mayo diet will make your weight even more than before. Don’t commit if you can’t do it.

Yesterday Bandi and I were discussing about why we were doing this diet. What motivated us and when to stop. (Bandi does the diet together with me btw)

I told him I will stop when I lose the fats on my thigh and that is why I’ve been doing squats everyday and why I keep running (and thank god I love running). I told him not to worry because I won’t lose my curve (Bandi loves curvy girls) because I love my curve too and the only thing that motivates me is because I’m competitive with myself. I like to challenge myself and see how it turned out.

So, I have been showing off my abs, and I have shared my mayo diet secret, what is the purpose of this post?

This is to motivate you, to inspire you that…

YOU CAN CHANGE YOUR BODY THE WAY YOU WANT TO!

Oh god knows how much I love food! I live to eat! But I can learn how to do self-control and if I can, you can too!

I don’t remember how many times I cursed, “Fuck this shits, I don’t care if I’m fat!” and then go binge-eating on McDonald’s but then I inhaled all the guilt and the shame and bounced back.

I’m not saying that being fat is not good. It is okay to be fat as long as you are comfortable with it. If you don’t like dieting of exercising, THEN STOP COMPLAINING YOU’RE FAT!

Was I comfortable being fat? NO.

Yes, it’s an honest answer. NO.

I’m not comfortable and I hate it. I won’t talk crap about being fat is unhealthy and I exercise to be healthier and all the shits. NO! I exercise to have a ripped abs, for vanity, not for health. Health is a bonus!

Don’t be hypocrite. NOBODY GOES TO GYM TO BE HEALTHY (Unless you’re 40 years old uncle with heart problem), THEY GO TO GYM TO HAVE A GOOD BODY! So you will be comfortable being naked or in bikini.

I deserve this abs!

After millions of sit-ups, waking up at 5 am to do the morning run, blowing off Ramen for Berry juice and those horrible 13 days of Mayo diet, I DESERVE TO WEAR TANK TOP and look good on it!

The AfterMath

I have completed my last diet mayo yesterday. Let me recap for you.

2012 Mayo diet: Lost 5 kgs, then binge-eating and gained 2kg, then started to watch what I eat and lost another 2kg. 2013 Mayo diet: Lost 4 kgs. TOTAL weight loss: 9 kgs. (during 1 year timeline)

Let me tell you something amazing: From the very first time Bandi came back from US until yesterday, he HAS LOST 21 KG’s (during 2.5 years timeline). How awesome is that? He has done mayo diet twice and done regular exercise like football and running. (Even though most of my friend said Bandi lost weight because he couldn’t handle the stress living with me. WTF!)

I will might as well embarrass Bandi too since everything is revealed. Here’s his photo of before and after the never-ending lose-weight journey:

I just wanna to tell you that… It’s not easy, and there is no shortcut. You just got to work on it. I guess Bandi didn’t really work hard on it anyway because he barely watched what he ate. He loves food too much. But he did commit for 120 push-ups everyday and regular football and regular run. (But he loves football so it’s like win-win for him)

Enough about him, I don’t want him to steal my thunder. LOL

I usually heard people said it’s impossible for them to lose weight because [insert millions of excuses]. Think again, do you think it really is impossible to get the body you want?

The only thing that separates you from what you want is YOURSELF!

Never give up until you get what you want. If you failed once, TRY AGAIN! Don’t be a wimp! TRY AGAIN until you get what you want!

So, after 13 days of torture, living without salt, what is the first thing I ate this morning? On the day of my freedom?

Apparently my super awesome boyfriend didn’t want to waste even one meal to enjoy today so he cooked me Egg Benedict this morning. He’s been talking about wanting to try Egg Benedict for so long and now he said the moment was right. I’m so proud of him that he didn’t break his Hollandaise sauce! (It’s his first time) but however he couldn’t make a poached egg so he replaced it with half-cooked omelette.

It might seem pretty shocking for you but if you’re friend with me on facebook  you’ll know that most of my home-cooked meal was done by Bandi. Yeah, he has passion for cooking and he’s good with it. =)

he loves to cook and I love to eat! What are the odds?! XD

So, what are we having for dinner? Hmm… I’m thinking of Best Ramen in town and Apple Crumble as dessert. And probable chocolate milkshake from Max Brenner. What? Maintain my tummy? Hey! I deserve a food fiesta today! =D And tomorrow, since I’m coming to Bandung!!! Batagor here I come!!! WOOTTTT!

My conclusion is…..

If you feel comfortable with your body, NO WORDS CAN BRING YOU DOWN, even though you’re overweight. If you’re comfortable with that, YOU DON’T NEED TO STARVE OR CHANGE ANYTHING.

But if you’re not comfortable with your body and you need to change it, STOP WHINING AND START EXERCISING!!! A journey of thousand miles begin with first step. Start the little step today, no matter how little.

It’s not about how fast you lose weight, it’s about how much you want it. NEVER GIVE UP! Hey it took me one year to have the body I want, don’t pressure yourself, take it slow. Nothing good comes instantly. It’s all hard work. =)

  2. betul banget… semua itu balik ke niat masing2 ya. gak ada yang gak bisa, adanya tuh gak niat. :)

    salut gua ama lu may… gua niatnya belum sekuat elu. hahaha
    tapi gua tau kalo niat itu emang bisa ditaklukkan karena ngeliat koko gua sendiri. dulu koko gua itu gendut banget. dalam artian GENDUT! bulet.
    trus dia akhirnya selain rajin fitness juga jaga makan. sempet bertahun2 dia cuma makan daging ayam dada rebus doang. gak pake bumbu apa2. kemana2 kalo pergi, dia bawa makanan. gak pernah makan di restoran. dan itu bertahun2 lho begitu. sekarang juga masih sih, tapi kalo ke restoran dia makan juga.

    gila sih gua belum pernah ngeliat orang yang sekuat koko gua tekadnya. tapi ya terbukti badannya jadi banget. dan dia kayaknya fine2 aja gitu gak makan di resto. gak ngiler juga. kalo gua kok gak bisa ya. huahahaha.
    eh.. gak niat maksudnya… :P

    • Ahhh gila Koko lu sih deserves a noble prize man!! Gue juga niatnya nggak se-kokoh ituuu! Gue emang jaga makan tapi sering kali terkena godaan setan! Apalagi gue dan bandi dua2nya doyan makaaaan! Kalo nggak ke resto yah masak sendiri, semuanya mesti makanan yang enak2. Gue ini long journey man, tapi sering banget terjatuh (cieh bahasanya).
      Dulu waktu si Bandi tinggal di US makannya kayak Joey Tribbiani! Lu taw lah betapa cheapo nya junk food di US, apalagi dulu dia student kere. Balik2 kesini dia udah seukuran Po nya Kungfu Panda! Gue sampe gak ngenalin! Turuninnya juga pelan2 dan penuh perjuangan. Intinya emang niat dan kerja keras. Gawsa terlalu extreme gak apa2 Man, lo mah nggak gendut sama sekali. Jaga makan dan olah raga juga cukup. Cowo skinny nggak sexy ntar loh. :p

      • hahaha iya.. makanya pernah ada yang nulis, gimana orang amerika gak pada banyak yang obes, lha junk food bahkan ada yang cuma $1 bisa dapet, sementara salad… pasti di atas $5! hahaha.

        gua emang gak gendut secara overall, tapi perutnya ini lho may… buncit! dan gua sebenernya paling takut jadi buncit. huahaha.

      Yah kalo gue seiring diet dan jaga makan ngecil sndr dan aku push up tricep tiap hari 20x plus plank kadang2 :) nothing fancy, just continuity of hardwork. :)

    Pertama mau ngucapin selamat karena dengan kerja keras lu bisa dapet body sekeren itu!!.. Hebat banget dirimu dan Bandi berhasil. Dan seharusnya gw sama Ai juga bisa yah.

    Kedua, itu beneran terakhir makan malem nya jam 6 yah? Bingung cara nyiapinnya sih tepatnya. Soale kan balik kantor 5.30, nyampe kost aja dah jam 6. Kalo misal siapi dari pagi sampe sore masih seger g yah?

    Ketiga, itu kan sarapannya teh yah. Lu waktu diet mayo itu ada keluhan ke lambung ga? Soale kan gw punya sakit magh, takut aja gitu tepar trus harus ulang dari awal.

    Dan yah, gw juga gak ngotot harus secara instant nurunin berat body. Secara kan gw juga 3 tahun waktunya sampe segendut sekarang..haha.. :D Oh yah, gw juga maunya walau nanti udah langsing, pantat tetep sexy doongss.. :p Gw follow ig nya raw_love913, abs nya dapet tapi pantat naik dan kenceng.. Asli keren banget..

    • Py! Gue makan juga telat krn pulang kantor sampe rumah jam 7 malam. Trus masak dl, kdg mulai makan jam 8 malam kadang bisa jam 9 malam krn pergi belanja ke supermarket dl. Habisnya no choice. Tapi ttp works tuh. :) mgkn gak maksimal tp ttp works kok secara logika mah. Asal jangan abis makan lsg tidur aja.
      Soal teh dan kopi… Aku juga ada sakit magg, cukup parah pula. Tapi untungnya aku udah dua kali diet mayo gak kambuh. Aku gak pernah minum kopi pas diet mayo, aku cuma minum teh tawar anget (tanpa gula!) some days ada yg teh + roti atau wortel kok. :)
      Slowly but sure py! ;) ini juga gue masih on process utk terus olah raga pantat kok. Hehehe. :p

  6. Salut salut.. selalu salut sama org-org yg berhasil diet sehat, apapun metodenya..
    Karena g org yg ga bisa diet.. terakhir g nyobain diet baru ala deddy corbuzier.. yg intinya adalah puasa, tapi diluar jam puasa boleh makan apa aja dan berapapun banyaknya.
    Ciih, udah terdengar bgitu mudahpun g masih ga bisa ikutin. Abis makan telat dikit, gastric lgsung bermasalah. Yasudahlah, daku turunin berat badan dengan cara ngasih asi aja.. hahahah.
    Walopun ga puas, berat turun tp perut tetep gendut..
    gue dietnya pake metode ‘terima apa adanya’ aja daah! (-_-)

  7. Congratulation!!!! wah salut dan iri akuuuuhhh…
    Di sini perutnya kayak orang hamil 3 bulan… sampai temen2 selalu ngomong, eh yul, lu hamil udah bertahun-tahun kok anak lu ga brojol sih?
    Sempat kepikiran buat sit-up tapi males banget… trus terlintas di pikiranku, ya udahlah, selama aku masih comfortable ya aku adem2 ajah, tunggu nanti kalo celana udah ga bisa dipake baru aku pikirin lagi…
    ya untuk sementara kan masih bisa ditutupin pake model baju yang aman untuk perut. Walaupun ada rasa iri juga ngeliat orang bisa pake baju ngepas badan… hix…
    Tapi ya seperti ya May bilang, selama niat belum tinggi percuma emang diet, tar juga gagal… *ngeles mode on :D

      • berhubung yang disini agak narsis… hahaha… jadi tetep confidence lah…
        cuma kadang pengen aja pake baju yang lebih menantang…. sebenarnya sih lebih kepada kepentingan pribadi yah daripada orang lain?
        kadang2 keinginan buat kurusin perut itu hanya gara2 naksir satu baju yang ga bisa aku pakai gara2 perut buncit… tapi pas udah lewat ya udah lewat aja… :D

  8. Loosing and gaining weight is – to quote Calvin – a first world problem. But yes, yours is a great achievement indeed. And I loved the photo’s ;-P. However, since I can’t enjoy the pleasures of youth as I used to, I myself at least have the advantage of not having the worries either :). I keep my kilo’s :).

Aku sih ikut2an FC doang dannnnnn lbh bny cheating dong hihi. Untuk olahraga nih yg susah, kalian koq bisa sih kuat2. Siriiiiiikkkkkkkkkk. Skr cuman banyakan jalan, baru lari 200 meter dada udh mau pecah rasanya. Ada ilmunya gak sih mayyyyyy?

    • HUAHAHA! Ini excuse paling oke yang pernah aku dengar. Bener juga non, hati2 kalo kamu sexy ntar Matt kalang kabut. XD
      Eh dulu pertama-tama aku mulai lari juga cuma bisa 200m non, abis itu dada ku rasanya kayak kebakar. Aku jalan dulu trus lari lagi, trus jalan lagi, terus aja gitu pake interval. Lama2 200m jadi 300m jadi 500m jadi 1 km, sekarang aku regular run udah 6-7km per run =)
      Semua pake progress, asal niat. ;)

Anyway ini diet tanpa garem buat ilangin lemak ato water retention ato 2-2 nya? gw liat2 menu nya kynya boleh dicoba tuh. pake vinegar & gula boleh kan ya? intinya tanpa garam & msg. Trus lo tiap hari bawa lunch ke kantor gitu?

    oyaa trus gw liat ada cheese di days 4 n 11, ada salt-free cheese yah?

    And you’re so right, kalo ga suka jgn whine (like what I just did last Saturday.. haizzzz…) n do sth to change it. this post comes at the right time, tinggal kapan gw mulai mayo diet nya. wahahahahaha…

    • Lia, gak boleh pake gula dan vinegar ya! =)
      Dulu sih bilangnya kalo salah makan dikit , kayak kelupaan eh makan permen misalnya, mseti dimulai lg dari hari ke-1 tapi kayaknya ignore aja kali ya. However aku saranin jangan pake gula atau vinegar, just to be safe. This is detox kan so better makan se-polos mungkin.
      Cheese itu nggak pake salt. Aku beli namanya Trim cheese. Nggak enak sebenernya tapi yah disaat makan makanan tanpa garem gitu, sepotong keju aja udah nikmaaaat bener. Trus ada bagian roti, itu juga kalo dilihat gak ada orang yang bikin roti nggak pake garem, tapi makan aja, toh tetep works.
      Sebenernya aku udah beres nih diet nya Li, tapi dua weekend ini bolak balik indo terus, so paling aman kalo kita janjian after 7 sept, supaya aku nggak batal2in. ;)

      • Kayaknya ada deh tan. Gue beli merk cheesedale (kalo ga salah begitu namanya) pokoknya yg gambar sapi ada tanduknya. Kalo ga ada beli aja kraft singles yg low fat.
        Bistij goreng itu cuma di pan fried pake unsalted butter, nggak dibumbuin apa2.

  11. First of all, wetdeehh…suit suit! cakep bener tuh perut! :) Well done. Gw setuju sama statement terakhir nya, kalo loe comfy sama bentuk badan loe walopun gendut tp happy yo monggooo mau kurus ceking yo monggooo..Tapi yg penting selain happy juga sehat. Gw kayaknya prioritas nya udah shifted dari yg pengen kurus kayak jaman umur awal 20an dulu tp sekarang sih pengennya sehat aja. Lbh realistis aja gw skrg bok, metabolisme udh ga sekenceng dulu..skrg pengennya sehat & ga sakit2an :) Gw skrg lg ngikutin diet Budwig dan ini pure buat kesehatan gw jadi diet ini penuh dengan bahan2 alami+kaya nutrisi+bikin enerjik lah. baru 4 hari ngejalaninnya terasa bgt efeknya, for my bbody & soul. Jadi fokus, happy, enerjik jd bikin gw semangat lagi buat yoga+renang, smg aja lancar. Salut buat kalian berdua yg konsisten sama program nya, it needs discipline !! gila bandi beda bgt yaaahh :o Perut loe pengen gw cubit deh may hahaha!

    • Iya pie, aku baca cerita lo soal sakit and how you got better with Budwig diet, lagian disana ingredients nya pasti lebih gampang nyarinya. Bayangin kalo di Indo diet kayak lo sih susah bener (dan mahallll).

    Aku pengen punya abs juga, soalnya sekarang walau kurus tapi perutnya gak sopan! *buncit* ckckckck, soalnya doyan makan and ngemil walo porsinya ga banyak, lalu jarang olah raga.. XD
    kalau misal nya aku gak mayo diet. tapi rajin sit up bisa gak yah punya abs?? Hihihiii….

  13. anjrit gw liat menu diet-mayo lo udah eneg duluan. itu makan rebus2an tanpa garem sama sekali? hueeekkk… kayaknya mo nelen aja susah gak sihhh?
    emang yg penting itu NIAT dan TEKAT ya. kalo mo diet tapi gak niat mah sama aja boong..
    eh iya coba ganti tuh teh/kopinya sama aer lemon 1 buah (murni gak pake tambah aer putih lagi apalagi gula). dijamin gak bakal laper dan sakit maag ilang. Udah gw buktiin dan nyokap gw juga. padahal nyokap gw tuh termasuk maagnya parah loh.

    • Iya Mel, air lemon bagus buat bikin perut singset dan bersihin kulit. Dulu gue minum air perasan lemon+warm water tiap pagi for half year, abis itu lama2 kayaknya udah kebal hehehe. Maybe I’ll start again later. =)
      Tapi kalo menu diet mayo nya nggak bisa diganti huhuu.

    gw disuruh situp 30x udah ngga bisa bangun hahaha…
    lemes liat menu diet mayo nya. tapi emang ya klo mau kurus tu cukup makan yg di rebus2 atau di steam pake microwave gitu, ga pake garem dll.

    Eh gue juga suka pantat yang berisi, menurut gue itu juga asset! Pantat gue dulu kan lumayan gede ya, sampe si Diaz bilang kayak roti boy. And I’m happy about it. Tapi terus gara-gara breastfeeding I lost a lot of weight, which I don’t mind at all, tapi terus lemak-lemak di pantat juga menghilang! Huhuhu… Sekarang pantatku tidak sexy lagi.

  16. wohooooo! lo keren banget deh may! gw mau ngefans ah sama lo wkwkwkwkwkwkwk *lebay abis.
    salut deh bisa committed doing push up 100-200x per day ( A DAY?????) dan jaga makan terus demi punya perut keren kaya gituuu. dan poin lo bener, kalo emang ga suka sama sesuatu ya do something, tapi kalo ga do something ya jangan komplain. itu berlaku di semua segi kehidupan ya haha. i guess orang2 yg komplain gendut dan ga puas sama badan nya tanpa berusaha apapun untuk merubahnya (kaya gw HIX) sebenernya belom se desperate itu buat kurus ya hahaha.

    ah salut deh sama lo may! keren banget tu foto yg never give up pake lipstik itu hahaha

  17. Maaay, kereeeeeeeen beeeut. Sungguh kereeen. Aduh perutnya, May., pengen kutabok, biar ngerasain kencengnya bukan kayak nabok perut sendiri yang bunyinya kecepluk. Waktu pertama kerja aku pernah coba Diet Mayo, bareng temenku. Di hari ke 3 keok, May. Keoknya makan kfc pula. Ih dan setelah itu tak niat lagi. Tapi ngebayangin lemak pada hilang…whooaaaaa….. Btw kau lagi di Bandung????

    Btw May, diet mayo itu boleh dilakukan sm siapa aja? Maksudnya ada minimum berat badan ga? Sebenernya sih gw ga kenapa2 dengan berat badan, cuma pengen ngeratain perut aja, ini perut tiap hari kayak keliatan kembung padahal mah ngga. Hahaha

    • Hi mar, kalo ga niat nurutin banyak mending gak usah diet mayo deh, ntar malah ngerusak metabolisme badan kalo berenti di tengah2. Kalo maw rata-in perut rajin sit-up aja setiap hari dan jangan makam karbohidrat pas dinner. :)

      • Oh gitu ya.. Kukira diet mayo itu bisa kita brentiin juga begitu berat yang kita mau tercapai. Karna kan ini jg sekalian detox jadi bagus buat kesehatan jg kan yah. Tp kl ntar malah jd naik berat badan gara2 brenti, aku ga jadi dehh. Dulu pernah rajin2 bgt sit up 100-150x tiap hari. Tp udah setaun lebih ga ada perubahan jdnya aku brenti deh. hahaha

        Kl oatmeal termasuk karbo ga sih May menurutmu? Aku bingung ada yang bilang termasuk ada juga yg bilang ngga.

      • Bukannya ga ada perubahan mar. Itu krn muscles nya kerendam fats. Kamu harus lose fats nya dgn cardio kayak lari atau berenang.
        Oatmeal itu carbo tp fiber nya banyak jadi gak masalah, itu carbo yg bagus buat badan. Yang no no utk dimakan malam2 adlm nasi putih, roti putih, cake (dan semua yg terbuat dr batter), mie, pasta (dan semua yg terbuat dr tepung terigu)

      • Nah iya tuh bener bgt kayaknya kerendem sama lemak2 yg ga pernah hilang dr perut. Baiklaah, berarti mesti banyak2in cardio ya selain sit up. Pengen nyoba lg ah setelah sekian lama brenti sit upnya. Hahaha thanks for the info may :D

  21. waduh juara bangettt bisa berhasil diet mayonya! dua tahun berturut-turut pulaa..
    bener banget nih, diet beginian kudu extra komit. gue juga pernah cobain diet mayo ini, dan cuma bertahan 5 hari sajaa.. dan bener deh abis itu napsu makan malah jadi gila-gilaan, soalnya 5 hari makan tanpa rasa begitu kan, sekalinya berhenti langsung susah dikontrol. dan berat badan malah jadi naik, bukannya turun hiks..

      • Oiii!!! Tahun pertama gue lumayan letih lesu gitu, tapi pas tahun kedua kagak. Tahanin aja. Asal ga sampe sakit mah gapapa. Jangan aktifitas yang berat2, banyak minum air putih ya!!! :)

      Ahhh kagak ah, lo nggak cepet bosan, buktinya situ mau kawin, komitmen seumur hidup tuh neng! :p
      Menurut gue orang yang bisa punya long term relationship/marriage sebenernya orang yang gigih (nih gue pake bahasa lo) cuma emang kadang kemalasan tuh melanda (tuh makin majalah kartini bahasanya) so again, it’s about commitment dear. ;)
